Kenneth Dean Craps

Dean Craps, 63, of Leesville, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2024, at his home. Mr. Craps was born in Prosperity, SC, a son of the late Drayton and Alden Hurt Craps. He attended Calvary Chapel of Lexington. Mr. Craps spent a number of years working as a mechanic for Cromleys Inc. in Saluda. He loved the great outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Cathy Lorraine Craps; son and daughter-in-law, Paul Craps (Beth); and granddaughter, Haley Jade Craps. Also surviving are his siblings, Wayne Craps, Phyllis Craps Douglas, Chris Craps Cole, Mitch Craps, and Wymberly Craps Wood; sister-in-law, Linda L. Broome; niece, Lacey McGowan (Todd); along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

The service for Mr. Craps will be held at 6 P.M. on Friday, August 23rd at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service from 5 until 6 P.M.
