Kenneth Robert Vincent

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Robert Vincent, Sr. will take place at Millinocket Cemetery Maine at a later date. Mr. Vincent, 93 of North Augusta, SC, died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at his residence. George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Aiken, SC is assisting the family.

A son of the late Walter Vincent and Annie McGuahey Vincent, he was born in Houlton, ME and had lived in Millinocket until moving to North Augusta in 2007. He was the owner/operator of Vincent's Service Station that served the Millinocket community from that late 1950's through the 1980's. A private pilot, hardly a day went by when he didn't spend time with his plane and his friends at Millinocket Municipal Airport.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Helen and his son, Kenneth Robert Vincent, Jr. He is survived by a son, Donald Vincent, North Augusta, SC, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
