Linda M. Thomas

AIKEN, SC—Linda M. Thomas, age 70, entered into rest Wednesday, February 26, 2020.

Linda was born August 17, 1949 in Aiken, SC to the late Lindyburg and Evelyn Morris. She was a life-long area resident, having made Trenton, SC her home the past two years. Linda enjoyed fishing, crafting, gardening, crocheting, camping, and traveling. She never met a stranger and considered everyone a friend after meeting them.

Survivors include her sons, Jack Kelly Gray III (Wendy), Monetta, SC and Keith Lindberg Gray (Penny), Trenton, SC; four grandchildren, Richard Gray (Sara), Megan Enlow (Matthew), Christopher Gray, Steven Gray; three great-grandchildren, Mason Wilson, Ryker Gray, and Piper Gray; a brother, Lanny Morris (Gayle); and three sisters, Annette Hutto (Terry), Regina DeHart (Chris), Mechelle Fulmer (Tracy).

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm Sunday, March 1, 2020 at George Funeral Home with the funeral service being held at 2:00 pm in The George Funeral Chapel. Pastor Preston West will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Cemetery, Johnston, SC. Pallbearers will be: Richard Gray, Chris Gray, Steven Gray, TC Davis, Lindy Morris, and Adam Fulmer. Terry Hutto will serve as an Honorary Pallbearer.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to be made to one of the following churches: Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Ridge Spring, SC; Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Johnson, SC; or Bethel Baptist Church, Monetta, SC.
