Louis Cantrell Williams

Louis C. Williams, 91, of Aiken, formerly of Columbia, SC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Born in Bath, SC, on December 31, 1933, he was the son of the late Mattie Barrington and Louis J. Williams. Mr. Williams was a devoted father and a man who loved his family deeply. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially spending time outdoors. An avid fisherman, he could often be found by the water with a rod in hand and a smile on his face. He was also a dedicated sports car enthusiast who enjoyed watching races and following the excitement of the sport.

Surviving are his son, Brett Williams (Sharon); grandsons, Evan Williams (Samantha) and Gray Williams (Jillian); granddaughter, Savanna; and great-grandsons, Max and Tucker. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his loving wife of nearly 70 years, Kathryn E. Williams.

The service to celebrate the life of Mr. Williams will be private, with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
