Funeral services for Luis Mario Mares Santiago will be held at a later date in Guerrero, Mexico. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 23, 2005 from 6 until 8 PM at George Funeral Homes, Historic Downtown Chapel, 211 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC.

Luis, nineteen months, died Saturday, evening, June 18, 2005 at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta.

Luis was born in Aiken County, SC October 22, 2003.

Hs is survived by his parents, Mario Mares and Rosalia Santiago, brother, Yohari Mares Santiago, Clearwater, SC; maternal grandparents, Andreas Alfredo Santiago and Margaret Mateo, Mexico; and paternal grandparents, Sabistian Mares and Maria Bautista, Florida.
