Martha Koon Kyzer

Martha Koon Kyzer, 75, of Leesville, passed away Friday, August 8, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, August 10, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Widner officiating. After the service interment will be held at Boiling Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. Sunday before the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Kyzer was born in Lexington County, daughter of the late Harvel W. and Lucile Ricard Koon. She was married to the late Jerald Allan Kyzer. Surviving are her son, Darrell Kyzer; daughter, Dr. Melody Kyzer; sisters and brothers-in-law, Thelma (Ray) Keith; Seretha (Roy) Sox; Carolyn (Richard) Toole; brother and sister-in-law, Luther (Jean) Koon; and grandchildren, Samantha Kyzer; JoAllan Kyzer; Jerald Kyzer; and River Vincent. She was preceded in death by sister, Louise Freeman; brothers, H.W. Koon, Jr; Morris Koon; and J.W. Meetze.
