Mary Eidson

Mary Etta Flake Eidson, 76, of Batesburg, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 20, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Batesburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M. before the service at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be Randy Walker, Timothy Beard, Jason Rorger, Logan Wood and Tim Babb.

Mrs. Eidson was born in Swansea, SC, daughter of the late Gaston F. Flake and Annie L. Clark Jeffcoat. She was married to the late Fred Walter Eidson. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Heather (Randy) Walker of Alabama; son, Timothy Eidson of Batesburg; half-brother, Bobby Jeffcoat; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Margie Mae Dawkins.
