Michael J. Stewart, 66, of Leesville, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2020. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 19, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with Masonic Rites. Honorary pallbearers is Anthony Matthews.

Mr. Stewart was born in Geneva, IL son of the late Marshall Ford Stewart and Sarah Elizabeth Hall Stewart. He was a Mason, Navy Veteran and member of the American Legion.

Surviving are his wife, Cristela Stewart; sons, Charles Michael Stewart (Sarah) of Mississippi and Andrew Joseph Stewart (Susan) of Simpsonville; daughters, Mary Elizabeth Hatley (Cole) of Oregon and Tania Nicole Cook (Chip) of Lexington; grandchildren, Logan, Anna and Connor Stewart, Emily, Jacob and Jessica Cook.
