Born in Forest County, MS, a daughter of the late Isaac B. and Alberta Carnes Sumrall, she had been a resident of Aiken, SC since 1955. She retired from, E.I. DuPont.
A sister-in-law, Victoria Johnson, Winter, WI, survives.
