Pastor Pamela Barrs

Pastor Pamela H. Barrs, 66, of Batesburg, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022. Pastor Barrs was a daughter of the late James William and Cornelia Pauline Hartley. She was a loving mother, sister, and aunt. Pastor Barrs was the pastor of St. Joseph Old Fashion Holiness Church.

Pastor Barrs is survived by her daughter, Delaine Goff; son, Eric (Allison) Barrs. She is also survived by her sisters, Carolyn Baker and Stella Miller; nephews, John Powell, Sr., John Powell, Jr.; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. In addition to her parents and husband, Rodger Dale Barrs, she was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Powell; and two brothers, J.M. and Wilson Hartley.

The service for Pastor Barrs will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 22nd, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. Elder Jerry Simmons and Evangelist Betty Joe Eustace will officiate.
