Percy B. Sundstrum

Mr. Percy B. Sundstrom, Sr., 88, died Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Mr. Sundstrom was born in Oskarshamm, Sweden, a son of the late Henrik and Elsa Sundstrom. He served in the US Navy in the Pacific, during World War II. He worked in the oil industry for forty years starting with Standard Oil's Bayway Refinery in New Jersey and ending in 1978 with his retirement from Aramco after eighteen years in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Survivors include his sons Percy B. Charlene Sundstrom, Jr., Aiken, SC, Peter D. Sundstrom, Cocoa Beach, FL, grandsons, Erik A. Sundstrom, Seaside Heights, NJ, Todd Corrina Sundstrom, North Augusta, SC, Sean Sundstrom, Cocoa Beach, FL, two sisters, Elsie Froom and Lillian Damazo both of Redlands, CA. He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty seven years, Helen R. Sundstrom and his brother, Kurt Sundstrom.

At the request of Mr. Sundstrom there will be no service.
