Robert Crawford Clark

Mr. Robert Crawford Clark, 90, of Aiken, died Sunday, July 29, 2012 at his residence following a long illness. Private funeral services and interment will take place in Saybrook, CT and a memorial service will be held at St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church at a later date. GEORGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER is assisting the Clark family.

A son of the late Norman Crawford & Anna Haupt Clark, he was born in New Haven, CT, and raised in Branford, CT. Mr. Clark graduated from Michigan State and moved to Aiken in 1978 and was a retired Executive Recruiter with the Singer Corporation. He was a member of St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church and a member of the Senior Men's Club.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise Clark of Aiken; daughters, Janice L. Richardson of Edina, Minnesota, Joanne M. Conroy, M.D. D.J. Johnson of Alexandria, Virginia and Jennifer R. Wilson Russell of Simpsonville and a son, Jonathan C. Clark Terri of McClean, Virginia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Heather, Katherine, Daniel, Matthew, Devon, Hunter, Jack, Zachary, Carly and Ryan and 3 great-grandchildren, Dylan, Jack and Olivia.
