Robert Marshall Landes

Robert Landes, 78, of Batesburg, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 14, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery with Rev. Vollie Gibbs officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Landes was born in Richmond, VA, son of the late Gordon Wilson and Tabitha Brown. He was a Pastor and Missionary. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church of Ridge Spring, SC.

Surviving are his wife, Nadine Minick Landes; son, Marshall Landes; daughter, Carla Landes; sister, Dorothy Hofmeyer; and four grandchildren: Dylan, Dean, Brendan and Marissa Landes. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Landes.
