Skip Keiser

Skip Keiser, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, just shy of his 76th birthday at Anchor Post Acute Care in Aiken.

He was born on Friday, February 11th, 1949, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania a son of the late Clarence E & Mildred Keiser. Skip was a kind-hearted individual whose warmth and dedication touched the lives of many.

Skip led a distinguished career in sales with McKesson Pharmaceutical and was well respected in his field. His professional achievements are only surpassed by his personal ones, as he was known for his unwavering integrity and compassion.

A family man at heart, Skip was happily married for 48 wonderful years, cherishing every moment with his wife, Edna M. Keiser. Skip was an avid golfer, who relished every chance to hit the greens. His devotion to the sport was rivaled only by his fervent support of the Villanova Wildcats.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, Linda Keiser Berger of Charlotte, NC.

A Funeral Mass will be held to honor Skip’s life will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, 2:00pm at St. Gerard's Catholic Church, 640 Edrie Street, NE, Aiken, SC 29801 with Father Emmauel Andinam as celebrant.

Private Final rites and commendations will follow in the Columbarium of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, 138 Fairfield St. NE, Aiken, SC 29801.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Skip’s memory to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation, Post Office Box 780990, Philadelphia, PA 19178-0990 or www.LCRF.org or to the Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare, 199 Willow Run Drive NE, Aiken, SC 29801.
