Skylar Keaton Posey

Funeral services for Skylar Keaton Posey, infant son of Kyle Posey and Sara Lowthian of Aiken will take place on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 11am at George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken. Interment will follow at Darien Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Matthew Lowthian, Samuel Posey, Mark Buchmiller and Tony Toole. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6-8pm at the funeral home.

Skylar was born in Aiken on February 17, 2010 and died on March 12, 2010 from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome SIDS.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Dyllon Jumper; his paternal grandparents, Samuel Posey Theresa, Graniteville and Melody Baughman, Jackson; maternal grandparents, Delorise Kneece Carmichael, Aiken and Greg Lowthian Susan, Virginia Beach, VA; his maternal great-grandparents, Fronice Kneece Carolyn, Gloverville and Jennie Hankinson, Aiken, his paternal great grandparents, Charles Posey, Aiken and Florence George Thurmond, Williston, two uncles; Matthew Lowthian, Columbia, SC, Richard Mackling, Virginia Beach, VA and two aunts; Rachel Bourque, Louisiana and Katrina Davis, Augusta, GA.
