Susan Carol Kneece Plunkett

Susan Carol Kneece Plunkett, 56, of Batesburg, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026. Born in Prosperity, SC, she was the daughter of the late Wyman Phillip Kneece and Carolyn Wheeler Kneece. She found joy in life's simple blessings, especially sunflowers, trips to Edisto Beach, cheering on her beloved Clemson Tigers and spending time with her beloved dogs Flossy Mae and Jenny Lou.

She is survived by her sons, Christopher Plunkett and Dakota Plunkett; her longtime partner, Ronald Smith; brothers, Roger Kneece and Donnie Kneece (Cindy); nieces and nephews, Andrew Kneece (Trista), Matthew Kneece (Megan), Austin Kneece, and Brandy Kneece; along with her great nieces and great nephews, Rianna, Tyler, Tanner, Ryland, Eli, Emmaline, Jaylen, and Kali; and extended family members.

A Celebration of Life for Susan will be held at 3 o'clock on Saturday, January 10th, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, Batesburg Leesville Chapel.
