Graveside services for Ted Drayton Scott, Sr., 87, of Aiken, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Southlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday night at GEORGE FUNERAL HOME.
Mr. Scott, loving husband of Mildred Campbell Scott, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Born in Aiken County, he was a son of the late James and Roachie Scott. He was a US Army Veteran, a business owner and a member of Couchton Baptist Church.
Survivors in addition to his wife of 67 years are a daughter, Vicki Taylor (Charles) of Williston; sons, Ted Scott, Jr and Todd Scott (Sara) all of Aiken, 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
