Tommy Hinson

Thomas C. "Tommy" Hinson, Jr., 52, of Batesburg, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024. Born in Camden, SC he was a son of Virginia Gaskins Watts and the late Thomas C. Hinson, Sr. Tommy was known to be a die hard "Juggalo" and was an ordained Dudiest priest who loved his trees. He was a loving husband, father and friend to many.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Corder Hinson of the home; children, Jacobi Hinson, Sebastian Gage Hinson, Michelle Hinson, Emery Truett, Jessica Hanna and Chewbacca aka Chewy; three granddaughters, Hailey Jeffcoat, Alyana Jeffcoat and Saylor Hinson; his mother and stepfather, Virginia and George Watts; mother-in-law, Josephine Corder; brothers, Justin Jeffcoat, Lawrence Jeffcoat Jr., and David Logan; sister, Virginia Bodie. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

A visitation will be held from 3 until 5 o'clock, Saturday, September 28th at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date which will be announced.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Milton Shealy Funeral Home to help offset his final expenses.
