Tracey Carlton Fincher

Tracey Carlton Fincher, 53, of Saluda, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023. Born in Greenwood, SC, he was a son of Jessie Alton "Shorty" and Shirley Edwards Fincher. Tracey was a lifelong electrician and worked along side his dad at Fincher Electric. He was an avid coon hunter and was a member of the Saluda County Coon Hunter's Association and the Professional Kennel Club. Tracey always had a smile on his face and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Surviving are his parents; fiancé, Kendra Anderson; sons, Jesson and Tracen Fincher; along with his sister-in-law, Wendi Fincher Miller (Ritchie); nephews, Ryland and Brice. Also surviving are many special aunts, uncles and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Stacey Fincher.

The funeral service for Tracey will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 24th at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with burial following in Edwards Family Cemetery,2144 Forrest Hills Road, Saluda, SC 29138. The Rev. Johnathan Deal will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home and other times at the home of his sister-in-law, Wendi. Active pallbearers will be: Wesley Hamby, Danny Dowling, Ritchie Miller, Jon Howard, Travis Fincher, Keith Edwards, Jason Tarlton and Mark Edwards.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Tracey to the Boys Farm , 6655 SC-34, Newberry, SC 29108.
